Celer8 provides maintenance and conversion optimization services for Shopify stores, sold as monthly plans and a one-time audit, under the scope described in the service agreement.
Payment
Plans are invoiced monthly in advance; the audit is invoiced once. Invoices are payable by card or bank transfer within 7 days. Work pauses on invoices more than 14 days overdue and resumes when settled.
Founding-client pricing
Founding-client discounts are locked to a 12-month term. Cancelling early ends the discounted rate; it does not create any further liability.
Liability
I take backups before every risky change and test before shipping. My liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the three months before the event. I am not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, except where law does not allow that limitation.
Changes
If these terms change, existing clients are notified by email at least 14 days before the change applies to them.
