Privacy policy

What I collect

When you send a request or contact form I collect what you type: your name, email address, store URL, revenue band and message. I use it to reply, to prepare your invoice and to run the service you asked about. Nothing else.

Site analytics run on Plausible, which is cookieless and collects no personal data, and PostHog, which records anonymized usage such as page views, funnels and session replays so I can see where the site fails people.

What I never do

I do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone for marketing. I do not send you a newsletter you did not sign up for. I do not keep client store credentials after an engagement ends.

Email

Transactional email (request confirmations, replies) is delivered through Resend. Your address is used for the conversation you started and nothing further.

Your rights

Write to hello@celer8.com to ask what I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. I answer within one business day and delete within seven.
