Service agreement

Scope

A fix request is one task with one clear outcome on your existing Shopify store. Requests estimated over two hours are flagged before work starts and split with your agreement.

Out of scope on all plans: full redesigns, new site builds, custom app development, and work on platforms other than Shopify. Landing pages and email/SMS flows are in scope on Partner only.

Turnaround

Care: 4 requests per month, done within 48 hours. Growth: 8 requests per month, done within 24 hours. Partner: unlimited requests with same-day triage. Site-down emergencies jump the queue on every plan.

Turnaround clocks run on business days. If a request is going to miss its window, you hear from me before the window closes.

The audit

The store audit is delivered within 5 business days of access being granted, and its fee is credited in full toward your first subscription month on any plan started within 60 days of paying for the audit. After 60 days, the plan is billed at full price with no credit.

Cancellation

Plans are month to month. Cancel by email before your next billing date; you keep all code, reports and test results. Founding-client terms are covered in the terms of service.

Access and ownership

You grant collaborator access to your store; I never ask for your owner login. Everything I build in your store and repository belongs to you from the moment it ships.
