Your store is quietly losing sales. I find the leaks, fix them, and keep watching.

I look after Shopify and Shopify Plus stores for a flat monthly price. No sales calls. You get one person who fixes what breaks, watches the numbers, and answers when you email.

Example↳ 3 taps to buy. Should be 1.$2,400/mo
Example↳ 4.1s to load on phones.$1,700/mo

The problem

If any of this sounds like you, you're who I built this for

“I don’t know if my checkout is slow. I just know sales dipped and nobody can tell me why.”

“My last developer stopped replying. There’s code in my theme I’m afraid to touch.”

“Every app promised more sales. I have twenty-three of them now, and the site crawls.”

“I’ve never run a test. Every change to my store is a guess I pay for either way.”

Every one of these is money leaving quietly, a little at a time. The $350 audit puts a dollar figure on each leak so you can see what actually matters.

What you get

Two jobs. One operator. Not every plan includes both.

Most owners buy maintenance from one person and CRO from another, then spend evenings forwarding email between them. Care covers the insurance half. Growth and Partner add testing and conversion work.

Maintenance, the insurance

Your store stops breaking

  • Uptime and error monitoring, so I usually know before you do
  • Daily offsite backups you can actually restore from
  • Theme and app updates, tested before they go live
  • Security patching and a performance budget that stays enforced
  • Fix requests with a turnaround you get in writing

What I won't do on this half: full redesigns, new site builds, custom app development.

Roughly $140 is what one hour of downtime costs a store doing $100k a month.

CRO, the growth (Growth and Partner)

Somebody finally runs the tests

  • Session recordings and heatmaps reviewed every month
  • One A/B test live when traffic supports it.
  • Checkout and funnel audits each quarter
  • A monthly report tied to revenue

A/B tests need roughly 1,000 orders a month for trustworthy answers at a useful pace. Below that, Growth still ships known-effect conversion fixes (speed, form friction, trust). The audit says which side of the line you are on.

What's reserved for Partner: concurrent tests, email and SMS flows.

About $15,000 a year is what a 0.3 point conversion lift is worth to a store doing $100k a month.

How a month works

What the first month looks like

Steps 3 and 4 apply to Growth and Partner. Care follows steps 1 and 2, then a monthly health report instead of a live A/B test.

  1. 1

    Onboarding and baseline

I get access, set up monitoring and backups, and measure a baseline for speed and conversion.

  2. 2

    Audit and fix queue

I go through the theme, apps, checkout, and tracking. Everything lands in one queue with a dollar figure on each item. Quick wins ship the same week.

  3. 3

First test live (Growth and Partner)

The highest-upside idea from the audit goes live on your real traffic. Fixes keep shipping alongside it. Stores under the traffic floor get known-effect fixes instead of a forced A/B.

  4. 4

    Report and next cycle

You get a report with what shipped and what changed. Next month starts from a better baseline.

Questions

Things people ask before they start

What counts as a fix request?

One task with one clear outcome. A broken section repaired, an app conflict resolved, a banner swapped, or something vaguer that we pin down together before I start. If a task looks bigger than about two hours, I'll tell you up front and we'll split it into parts.

How fast do you turn requests around?

Care requests are done within 48 hours and Growth within 24, while Partner gets same-day triage, meaning I look at it, tell you what it is, and either fix it on the spot or tell you exactly when it lands. If your site goes down, that jumps every queue on every plan.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Plans are month to month. One email before your next billing date and you are out. You keep everything I built. Founding pricing locks the 40% discount for 12 months. Leaving early only means you lose the discounted rate.

What is founding pricing?

The first 3 clients get 40% off list for 12 months. After those spots fill, new clients pay list. The spot counter on the pricing section is the current number.

How does the $350 audit credit work?

After you pay for the audit, subscribe to a retainer within 60 days and the full $350 is credited toward your first subscription month. On Growth at the $1,500 founding price, you pay $1,150 for that first month. After 60 days, you pay full price with no credit.

Does my store have enough traffic for CRO?

A/B tests need roughly 1,000 orders a month to give trustworthy answers at a useful pace. Below that I still improve conversion with known-effect fixes: checkout speed, form friction on mobile, trust, and app weight. Care never includes A/B testing. The audit tells you whether Care or Growth is the honest fit.

Who owns the code and the test results?

You do, from day one. Everything ships to your Shopify store and your repository, and every test result lands in a report you keep. If we part ways, nothing breaks and nothing leaves with me.

Do you work on platforms other than Shopify?

No. Shopify and Shopify Plus only. Specializing is why the fixes are fast and the playbook works, so if you're on WooCommerce or Magento, I'm the wrong fit and I'll say so.

Find out what your store is losing

It is $350. In 5 business days you get a dollar-tagged leak list, a walkthrough video, a prioritized fix list, and a 30-minute call. Credited in full toward your first month when you subscribe to a retainer within 60 days of paying for the audit. If nothing is worth fixing, I will tell you that too.
