A one-store-at-a-time operation
Celer8 exists because most store owners are stuck between an agency that costs a salary and a freelancer who might vanish. I maintain and optimize Shopify stores on flat monthly plans, deliberately few of them, so every store gets the same person every month.
Small on purpose
Celer8 is one person, and that person is me. The person who audits your store is the person who fixes it and the person who answers your email. Nothing gets handed to an account manager, because there isn't one.
Money before metrics
Every engagement starts with a baseline and ends each month with numbers against it, in dollars. If I can't measure a change, I'll say so before doing it.
Boring reliability over heroics
The goal is a store where nothing interesting happens. Backups run, updates land tested, and the report shows up when it should.
Priced flat, scoped in writing
Plans have prices on the page and scope in the service agreement. What counts as a request, how fast it turns around, and what happens when you cancel are all written down before you pay, so fine print has nowhere to hide.
